• Ready-to-Ship Wigs

Orders placed before 4 PM EST are shipped same day except holidays and weekends via USPS Priority Mail (2–5 business days). Orders after 4 PM ship the next business day.

• Made-to-Order Wigs (Custom Wigs)

These take 14–28 business days to process as we order hair from our vendors and construct the wig. After completion, shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail (2–5 business days).

International Orders

• Customs Fees: Buyers are responsible for checking their country’s import regulations and paying any applicable taxes or duties.

• Shipping Times: May vary due to customs delays, regulations, and procedures.

International orders are shipped via USPS International or DHL Express.

• Delivery time varies by location but typically takes 8–16 business days.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• A signature is required for all deliveries.

• We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

• No replacements, refunds, or credits will be issued for these cases.

• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. We are not liable for incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

• If you are unavailable to receive your package, you must arrange for pickup/delivery. Buyers are responsible for any return or re-delivery costs.
