Measuring Your Head for a Wig

The way your wig fits is extremely important.

Incorrect measurements may result in an improper fit and do not qualify for refunds or remakes.

Use the instructions below carefully.

Required Measurements (Use Inches Only)

1. Head Circumference

Position the tape measure around your head so it follows the natural hairline, passing above the ears and around the nape of the neck.

This is the most important measurement.

2. Forehead to Nape

Measure from the center of your forehead hairline, straight back over the crown, to the center of the nape hairline.

3. Ear to Ear (Across Front Hairline)

Measure from the hairline at the base of one sideburn, across the front hairline, to the opposite sideburn.

4. Ear to Ear (Over the Top)

Measure from the top of one ear, over the crown of the head, to the top of the opposite ear.

5. Temple to Temple (Around the Back)

Measure from one temple, around the back of the head, to the opposite temple.

6. Nape of Neck

Measure the width of the hairline across the nape from left to right.

Helpful Tips for Accurate Measurements

• Use a soft fabric or sewing tape measure
• Measure in inches only
• Make sure your hair is completely flat (no braids, extensions, wigs, or bulky styles)
• Prepare your hair exactly as it will be worn under the wig
• Keep the tape snug and flat, not tight or loose
• Measure at least 2–3 times to ensure consistency
• Record all measurements carefully before submitting
