Mini Mane Policy

Mini Mane wigs are professionally constructed wigs designed exclusively for dolls. They are not intended for human wear.

Mini Mane wigs are made using a combination of machine sewing and hand sewing, similar to adult wig construction, to ensure durability and consistency.

Mini Mane Sizing & Categories

Mini Mane wigs are available in the following size categories:

  • 18” Dolls – Designed to fit standard 18” dolls
  • Styling Doll Heads – Made for standard styling heads
  • Reborn Dolls – Sized specifically for reborn dolls

Mini Mane wigs are made by category and are not adjustable. Fit may vary based on doll head shape and size. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

Mini Mane Care Instructions

Mini Mane wigs are designed for gentle play and styling with adult supervision.

Care Guidelines

  • Style gently using fingers or a wide-tooth comb
  • Avoid pulling or rough handling
  • Store on the doll or in a satin bag when not in use

Washing

  • Wash only when needed
  • Use cool water and mild shampoo
  • Air dry only

Styling

  • Low heat only, if applicable
  • Heat tools should be used by an adult

Returns & Final Sale

All Mini Mane wig sales are final.

Due to hygiene and play-use considerations, Mini Mane wigs are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once shipped. Incorrect size selection does not qualify for a return or exchange.

Safety Disclaimer

Mini Mane wigs are intended for dolls and supervised play only.

Small components may present a choking hazard. Adult supervision is recommended.

Once shipped, Wigs by Shanai is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage.

Shipping Fees & Returned Packages (Mini Mane)

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

If a Mini Mane order is returned to sender due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Non-pickup
  • Refused delivery

The order is not eligible for a refund.

Available options:

  • Reshipment after payment of all return-to-sender and new shipping fees, or
  • Store credit for the product value only (shipping excluded)

Returned Package Hold Policy (Mini Mane)

Returned Mini Mane packages will be held for 14 calendar days from the date delivery is confirmed back to Wigs by Shanai.

If no action is taken within this timeframe, the order is considered abandoned and closed without refund, reshipment, or credit.

Courtesy Clause (Mini Mane)

Any accommodation provided outside of this policy is a one-time courtesy and does not establish precedent.

Elastic Band / Color Transfer Disclaimer

Some Mini Mane wigs include black elastic components. Prolonged contact with light-colored dolls, fabrics, or surfaces may result in color transfer. Wigs by Shanai is not responsible for staining or discoloration.

Signature Confirmation

All orders require signature confirmation upon delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring availability to receive their package.

Packages marked as delivered by carrier are not eligible for replacement or refund.
