PROCESSING, SHIPPING, CANCELLATION & RETURNS

READ BEFORE PURCHASING

ORDER & PROCESSING

  • AFTER you pay for you order you will receive a Order Confirmation Email confirming that your order has been placed which will include your order number and receipt which contains a description of item(s) purchased.

  • Processing time can take up to 14 business days.

  • Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

  • If you place an order after 5:pm on a business day, the order will be processed on the following business day.


PLEASE READ OUR POLICES IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

  • Processing time is extended for Wigs.

  • Processing period is extended during sales period and holidays excluding weekends,

  • After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created.

  • You will receive a second email/Order Fulfillment email. The email will include your tracking number and shipping information.

  • Your package is shipped off via USPS Priority mail (2-3 business days US) (6-10 business days International).

 

Quality should never be compromised.

  • During the processing time hair will be ordered from our vendors.

  • Hair will be thoroughly evaluated to ensure it satisfies our quality standards and meets our expectations prior to shipment.

  • If hair is unsatisfactory, it will be immediately be fixed by contacting our vendor and have them send out new hair.

  • After your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. Tracking number will be sent to the same email addressed used when you placed your order.

  • It is essential to enter your correct email address and check spam/junk folder so you don't miss any important updates on your order.

     

    Product(s) will ship/dispatch after processing period has been completed as stated below:

  • United States: 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail.

  • International: 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Weather conditions, natural disaster, sales periods & holidays may delay shipment which is beyond my control.

  • It is essential you place your order at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure that you receive it on time (wigs are made per order). We want you to be completely happy with your product(s) and shopping experience from order to delivery.

     

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • It is the buyer responsibility to check country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by those.

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the charges/tariffs/duties may apply upon delivery.

  • The buyer is responsible to pay taxes or duties that may apply.

  • We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you.



    REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

  • ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL/NON REFUNDABLE: Due to Sanitation/Health Regulations and the nature of this product, which are handmade customized wigs, refunds will not be issued.

  • NO REFUNDS NO EXCHANGE: Hair extensions including wigs cannot be resold after being worn or handled by the buyer. Wigs are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • Exceptional Cases: Returns are only accepted/granted/permitted when you received the wrong items.

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date. If you placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted.

  • Once the item has been processed/shipped/delivered, the order CANNOT be cancelled.

 

LOST/STOLEN & DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • It is The buyer responsibility to arrange for a pick up/delivery date if you will not be available on the expected arrival date. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost

  • Signature is required for delivery

  • We are NOT responsible for any lost/stolen OR DAMAGED package(S).

  • You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen or damaged packages.

  • Please be advised your order will not be replaced or credited.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer/buyer. It's the buyers responsibility to verify the information provided is accurate before placing an order.

 

WE ARE ENTITLED TO CHANGE OUR POLICY AT ANY GIVEN TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

WE HAVE THE RIGHTS TO REFUSE SERVICE(S).
